Image
Hello Everyone, Today we are going to be talking about Airplane mode.. what it is and how it really helps  . Firstly, Airplane mode in a phone or tablet is a feature possessed by almost all phones to be able to shut down all connections (e.g Data Connection, hotspot, Wi-fi, Location Service and even Sim services). That means you can neither call no browse during the period your phone is in airplane mode.. Uses : It dosent really have much uses... but its a very fast and efficient way to turn all connections off incase you need to go to a meeting or somewhere. All you need is just that button. Moreover you can switch it off... and once you do, all the connections, phone calls can now start coming in once again... its has really been helpful to me. And lets not forget to state the fact that it also conserves battery.

Mobile phone usage can add a considerable, often unexpected sum to your travel costs, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Take a few simple precautions and you’ll barely have to pay a penny, leaving you free to enjoy your trip without worry. Here are five essential tips for using your phone while travelling. 1. Firstly, we all hate that situation where we have minimun or lesser time to enjoy the juice our phone gives, we also hate the situation where we also see the "battery low"... but here ive cracked up a few ways in order to help your battery lifespan. . 1. Never Allow Phone Shutdown itself: Most of us enjoy using our phones so well.. like tf when the battery is low the phone tends to be a little bit juicer.. lol.. yeah it does.. but using it on low mode weakens the battery... it becomes worse when the phone shuts down by itself.. in this situation the phone has used all its power and most times when we try to put it on or charge it we find out it takes a little time before the charging icon comes up.. which is so not cool and will destroy your phone's battery . 2 Phones Brightness/Contrast The device's brightness should best be at automatic so as to adjust to the brightness been impacted... for some phones that do not have automatic the best option is to leave it ...

Batteries in iPhones could have shorter life spans

Image
There was some bad news for owners of the latest iPhone models on Monday. Batteries in the iPhone 8 and X may have shorter life spans than those in prior models, according to  an article  in ZDNet. The battery in contributor Adrian Kingsley-Hughes' iPhone 8 Plus was racking up recharge cycles at an alarming rate, he wrote. A recharge cycle occurs when a phone is charged from zero power to 100 percent. Typically, phone batteries begin losing their effectiveness after 500 recharges. Up to that point, they can hold up to 80 percent of their charge. After that, it's usually downhill for the battery. After only four months, Kingsley-Hughes discovered that his new iPhone had hit 91 recharge cycles, a much faster rate than he'd seen in his previous iPhones. At that rate, the battery would last about 20 months -- or less, if wear and tear were factored into the calculations. "That's scary, doubly so when I consider that this iPhone hasn't been heavily use...
