Kim Kardashian and Kanye West enjoy date night – and ignore questions about Kylie Jenner’s ‘pregnancy’

Kim and Kanye were asked by waiting photographers about the news that Kylie, 20, was expecting her first child with boyfriend of five months, Travis Scott, but the two remained mum as they made their way back to their car after a romantic dinner at Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica on Saturday.
Kim, 36, and her rap star husband Kanye, 40, have two children together, one-year-old son Saint and four-year-old daughter North however it is thought that they are expecting their third child via surrogate.

It has been reported that Kim’s surrogate is an African-American woman in her 20s, who is married and has two sons of her own, and is apparently being paid $45,000 for acting as surrogate for the Kardashian-Wests.
Kim has always said that she wanted a big family however her health complications have meant that she’s unable to have a third baby naturally; she suffered with placenta accreta, where the placenta grows into the muscle of the uterus, in past pregnancies.

Kylie’s pregnancy shocked the entertainment world on Friday, when the news broke that Kylie and Travis had began to tell friends; it is thought she is due in February.
A source said: ‘They started telling friends a few weeks ago. The family has known for quite some time. She is really excited and so is Travis.’
Another insider added: “It is an unexpected but completely amazing turn of events that she could not be more excited or thrilled about.’
